Salsa/bachata often require an early sense of rhythm and hip technique. Modern Jive deliberately starts easier — figures and footwork first, musicality grows with you. Good when complex basics stop you.
Coming alone
There is also rotation on Latin Nights — but partner rotation is normal for us from day one on. You don’t have to bring anyone with you.
